Why we exist
We started out building a carbon marketplace.
It taught us something we did not expect. The hard part was never the trading. The hard part was showing that the thing being sold was real: that the project existed, that the measurement happened, that the credit had not already been sold to somebody else. Every buyer wanted evidence. Every seller could only offer their own paperwork.
That problem is not about carbon. It shows up wherever somebody has to accept a record written by the person with the most to gain from it. A regulator asked to accept a bank's account of its own AI agents. A buyer asked to accept a project's account of its own credits.
So we built the thing underneath. A way to record what happened, and who was allowed to make it happen, somewhere neither party controls.

Who was allowed to do what, on record. A record of every permission: who granted it, what its limits were, and when it was taken away. Anyone can check it later.
- Flow
Reusable instructions for a process, with a record of every step. Write a process once, with a role for each step. Run it again and again. Each step is recorded as it happens.

Our marketplace, dovu.market, and programmes on four continents run on DOVU records, from measurement to issue to sale.

Banks are deploying AI agents faster than their audit model can follow. DOVU keeps the record regulators ask for, outside the systems being audited.

How we work
We do not own your customer.
You keep the brand, the pricing and the relationship. We supply the record underneath and stay out of the way.
A record is only worth something if it is independent. A company that also owned the customer relationship would eventually be asked to vouch for itself. We would rather be the part nobody has to take on faith.
